Introduction:
The blood centrifuge is a large capacity, low-speed refrigerated centrifuge that is ideal equipment suitable for blood stations, hospitals at all levels, biochemistry, biological products, and other production and scientific research units to use for blood separation, protein precipitation, cell separation, and collection.
Features:
1. Beautiful appearance, the whole machine body is made of high-quality steel structure, with built-in fine steel explosion-proof protective inner sleeve, three-layer protection, safe and reliable.
2. The maintenance-free variable frequency motor and flexible shaft drive system are used to directly drive the rotor, combined with a multi-stage shock absorption structure, so that the whole machine runs more smoothly, with less vibration and lower noise.
3. Imported compressor unit, double-cycle refrigeration, strong heat exchange capacity, more accurate temperature control, and fluorine-free refrigerant are used to protect the environment.
4. The control uses a microcomputer processor to more accurately control parameters such as speed, temperature, and time.
5. 10 groups of user-defined programs can be stored, which is convenient for calling common programs, and the last program is used when starting.
6. There are 10 lifting and lowering rates to choose from to meet various test needs.
7. The mechatronic self-priming door lock can easily open and close the cover with one hand, reducing the labor intensity of the operator.
8. It has multiple real-time monitoring functions such as self-inspection, door cover, imbalance, overspeed, and overtemperature to protect personnel safety.
9. The rotor body is made of national aviation standard aluminum material 7075-T6, which is processed and formed after forging and A-level deep flaw detection, and passes static balance test and dynamic balance test, making the rotor safer and more reliable. Combined with three-level vibration reduction, the centrifugal effect is optimal.
