Large Horizontal Autoclave

<sub>Introduction:
The large horizontal autoclave extracts vacuum and fils steam into the sterilization room for many times to make the sterilization chamber reach a certain vacuum degree, and then fils saturated steam to reach the set pressure and temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of sterilization of the sterilized substance.

Application:
It is mainly suitable for the sterilization of items in supply rooms, dialysis rooms, biological laboratories. beauty and plastic surgery hospitals and other places.

Features:
* Motorized double-door, automatic lift, self-expanding sealing ring, more reliable and stable sealing performance.
* Standard thermal printer, convenient for customers to store and record sterilization data.
* The main structure is a rectangular annular reinforcing rib structure, with low residual stress, strong bearing capacitly under pulsating altemating pressure and temperature loads, and long container life.
* Using a brand-new operation interface, programmable controller PLC and 7.0-inch color touch screen, the whole process is automatically controlled by the program, which can simultaneously display the jacket and inner chamber temperature, pressure, operating status, fault alarm and other information.
*Equipped with an inteligent drying system, the residual humidity after drying of the equipment does not exceed 0.2%. and the residual humidity after drying of the dressing does not exceed 1%.
* Equipped with a sterilizing high-eficiency air fiter to ensure sterile air in the cavity and avoid re-contamination.</sub>

<sub>* The equipment is connected to an external water source, so there is no need for manual water replenishment. After the customer selects the program, the equipment can complete the entire process from water injection to drying without human intervention. After the program is completed, a voice prompts the completion of sterilization.
* The inner chamber is designed with independent steam inlet, and the steam does not pass through the jacket, which prevents the carbon steel of the jacket from contaminating the sterilized items, and prevents the jacket pressure drop from affecting the drying effect.
* Double-door channel type, pressure, mechanical and electronic 3-layer safety interlocking device, and has over-temperature protection and over-pressure protection, which can eliminate potential safety hazards.
* There are fabric procedures, instrument procedures, rubber procedures, solid-state DlY sterilization procedures Auxiliary programs for drying program and water adding program. BD, leak test, PCD test test procedures.
* Liquid procedures is optional.
* The shell is made of 304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean.</sub>
